The Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion invites faculty, staff, and students who are interested in learning strategies to facilitate community building and peacemaking as practices of justice and inclusion to join a community building working group. This working group will support SEHD's Inclusive Excellence goals as members of our community become trained in moderating collective dialogue, working across differences, and supporting SEHD community repair (when needed). 

Following a series of learning experiences, this working group will meet regularly to participate in community, practice community building and peacemaking, and review and curate resources that support pedagogies, professional learning, and collective reflection. With this, SEHD's community will foster growth that visibly demonstrates SEHD's community to a just and inclusive environment for faculty, staff, and students.
