Requirements:
1. GPA 2.5 or above
2. PTSA Membership
3. Employed 15+ hours per week during entire senior year
4. Plan on continuing education after high school in college or trade school.
5. Essay “What I want to do with my Future”

Application due no later than 2:00pm on Friday, March 19, 2021.
