THIS IS ONLY A PRE-REGISTRATION. Full registration will take place beginning March 29th. This application must be filled out completely and correctly by a parent with custodial authority or by a legal guardian. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Once this application is accepted, CES will contact you to schedule a registration time if you choose in-person registration on April 7th.
