Call for Virtual Workshop Proposals
Each workshop presenter will record a 20 to 30 minute presentation of their topic content and will facilitate a 70 minute discussion during the conference dates, November 1-5, 2021. These recorded sessions will be posted on the IMN Conference web page one week prior to conference opening day. Each workshop will have a ZOOM LIVE time slot for the presenter and attendees to engage with the content. The conference web page will hold materials and recorded presentations for easy access for attendees. This design can host an unlimited number of attendees in each session. All workshop discussion sessions will be recorded and accessible to conference registrants via the conference platform after the conference.

To ensure that the style and format of your workshop is effective for a virtual audience, it is vital to “see” presenters in action as part of the proposal evaluation. Please provide a three- to five- minute video presenting a segment of your proposed program content. This video can be uploaded to Vimeo, YouTube, or any online video hosting site, with the URL shared on the completed Program Proposal Form.

Team presentations are welcomed.

All program submissions will receive equal consideration. The deadline for receiving completed forms and video links is Wednesday June 30, 2021, by 5 P.M. Those submitting proposals will be notified of the Conference Team’s decision in late July.

The Conference Team will assist approved workshop presenters over the upcoming months to ensure you and your workshop programs are prepared for the “virtual world.”
