Instructions
Please Read In Full Prior to Completion

1. Check all players against the Squash NZ 2 June Grading List, ensuring they are listed in the correct grade, and that you quote the correct grading points. (i.e. not their current grading points on iSquash). Women's list available by clicking here, men's list available by clicking here. 

2. Higher graded players must be listed first (i.e., B2 cannot be listed before B1). Players can be listed out of order only if they are within the same half-grade (i.e., B1, B2, C1, C2, etc.) and no more than 100 pts apart.

3. Team seeding shall be based on the sum of the points of the top 5 players in a team. Therefore, if the 6th listed player has more points than the 5th listed player their points will contribute to the sum of the team's points and the team's seeding.

4. Use a separate form to enter each SuperChamps team from your club.

5. Ensure all teams are submitted by 10pm on Sunday 2 July. This is a hard deadline, with no exceptions.
