NB: ONLY CARDS FROM 20APR24 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND!

The minimum amount eligible for refund is 5.00€

The processing fee for the refund is 2.50€

Any free spend cannot be refunded.

Please note that you have up to 12 business days after the event to fill in this form. All requests made after the 6th of May will not be processed.
