The Band Boosters (Parents) are organizing the 2023-24 Contact info for All CHHS BAND courses. If you are in marching band, you do NOT need to use this form - we already have your info!

In order to share info about concerts and other events, such as the spring trip & fundraising opportunities, we need to ensure we have parent/guardian email addresses &/or phone numbers.  For last minute changes, we may rarely text both students and parents/guardians.
