There are many reasons a family may want to change their enrollment. We appreciate your honest feedback so we can better meet your needs.
Transfer
Schedules often change and we understand trying to make it all fit together. If we have a class open that fits your schedule with openings we are happy to make a transfer
Don't see a class that fits your family schedule? Let us know! We can often provide another option or look at adding another class.
Withdrawal
In order to withdraw from classes at Joyful Noise Studios, LLC,
WRITTEN NOTICE
must be supplied to Joyful Noise Studios, LLC. This can be accomplished by filling out and turning in a
PAPER FORM
Located in the Studio office or by using
THIS
TRANSFER/WITHDRAWAL FORM.
These two methods are the only accepted Form of withdrawal.
We CANNOT ACCEPT verbal messages (in person or on the phone), text messages, messages by social media, or email.
Written notice of intention to withdrawal must be supplied before the 15th of the month when fees are posted and automatically drafted.
Automatic payments begin processing on the 15th of the month. If written notice of intention to withdraw is received after automatic payment is made, the student may not qualify for refund. Any refund given for a late withdrawal is subject to a $5 administration fee.
