Parent Engagement Night Survey (3/18/25)
Please answer the questions below as this survey will help us determine how many people we may expect to attend our Parent Engagement Night on March 18th from 5-7pm. This event is open to all current CWE and incoming fall of 2025 Kindergarten students and families. We would like to have a head count for planning purposes and to have a rough estimate on how many meals may need to be made.

Approximately, how many grab and go bagged meals (1 per person) would you need during our event? Bagged meals will include  a turkey & cheese sandwich on a club roll w/ lettuce and tomato (mayo on the side), 1 pack of sliced apples, 1 pack of baby carrots (with ranch), 1 bag of baked potato chips, 1 8 oz. bottled water      *
If anyone planning on being in attendance has dietary restrictions to the items in our grab and go bagged meal,  please list your allergy needs below. We will do our best to provide you with an alternate bagged meal that meets your dietary restrictions.
