Pastors sometimes face the challenge and internal conviction of whether to "see" or "not see" individual giving. Similarly, church leadership may wrestle with deciding whether their pastor should have visibility of individual contributions. While it may seem like a minor issue, it carries significant implications. In this webinar, Chris and Broderick will explore the impact from both perspectives—how a pastor's ability to see or not see individual giving affects their ministry and how the leadership's stance influences the church's overall health.
