Frontier Strings is comprised of select students who truly encompass Omaha Conservatory of Music's core values of musical community: passion, dedication, and excellence. The ensemble performs a variety of repertoire including pop songs, sacred music, fiddle tunes, classical show tunes, and movie music, all from memory.

To audition for the 2024-25 season, please complete this form in its entirety. The form has three sections: applicant, parent/guardian, and video audition. Only complete applications will be considered.

Frontier Strings Terms & Conditions *
Acceptance and placement in Frontier Strings is competitive and is based on audition performance. All applicants are evaluated by members of the audition panel. Decisions of the audition panel are final.  Declined auditions are welcomed to re-apply in subsequent years. Students who are not currently enrolled at Omaha Conservatory of Music will need to enroll upon approval in order to participate in this group.
