WOU’s Hamersly Library and Academic Innovation (LAI) has been awarded an American Library Association (ALA) grant for our project titled Centering WOU’s BIPOC voices: A moment in history.

The purpose of this grant project is to host and record listening sessions with WOU students to center and preserve the experiences of BIPOC individuals at WOU during this moment in time.

These 20-minute listening sessions will be conducted:
· Dates: May 23rd through July 29th, 2022
· Where: Hamersly Library (private room)
· What: Your story, in your native or natural language or communication style
· Benefit: Each participant will receive a $50.00 gift card

We will contact you to schedule your listening session at a time that works for you.
