Important information about rehearsal and performance dates/times
• Auditions: Saturday 5th August at 10am at The Medway Centre, Bakewell;
• Rehearsals from 5th August – Thursday 10th August at the Chapel Playhouse, Chapel-en-le-Frith;
• Evening performance at Chapel Playhouse on Friday 11th August;
• Evening performance at the Medway Centre, Bakewell on Saturday 12th August.

Rehearsals typically take place between 10:00am–5pm every day during rehearsal week. We will send out more information in our registration pack in the first week of July, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at pbtyouththeatre@gmail.com.

PB Theatricals is a not-for-profit organisation, however, we charge a fee per cast member in order to cover our production expenses and allow us to continue to offer theatrical experiences to young people. (The early-bird registration fee is £50 and registrations after 1st July will cost £60). How will you be paying this fee? (We recognise that not everyone will be able to pay this fee. You have to audition to appear in the chorus. please prepare a song from Yeomen to sing. If you want to be a principal role, please prepare a song sung by the primary character you want to audition for.

I give PB Theatricals Youth Theatre permission to take photos/videos of rehearsals and performances which may be shared publicly on social media for the purposes of publicising/recording this year's show and PB Theatricals Youth Theatre shows in the future (you reserve the right to withdraw permission at any time). *

- I agree to attend all rehearsals and performances when required (unless otherwise agreed with the Production Team far in advance) between the 5th–12th August 2022 (Rehearsals are typically between 10:00am–5pm every day during rehearsal week. - If I cannot attend any rehearsal/performance for any reason including illness, I will let the Production Team know as soon as possible by emailing pbtyouththeatre@gmail.com;

- I agree to be polite, attentive and respectful to the Production Team during rehearsals;

- I agree to contribute to a positive environment within PB Theatricals Youth Theatre and I will not intimidate, bully or disrespect any other cast members or production team members;

- When asked by the Production Team, I agree to supply any pieces of costume or, if I am unable to, inform the Costume Designer as soon as possible so other arrangements can be made (a detailed list of costume will be provided before the show);

- I will contact members of the Safeguarding Team if I have any concerns over the safeguarding of any cast members under the age of 18;

- I agree to not attend official PB Theatricals rehearsals/performances under the influence of drink/drugs and I understand that any attempt to supply said substances to cast members below the age of 18 will result in the police being contacted and expulsion from the show;

- I understand that any violation of the above may result in being expelled from the show.
