I hereby consent to the participation of my child in Toronto Mandarin Chinese Community Church’s online virtual Vacation Bible School using Google Meet video conferencing. I understand that live sessions may be recorded and may contain audio and visual interactions that may include my child. I agree to supervise my child’s computer usage and that Toronto Mandarin Chinese Community Church is not responsible for any information, content, or views expressed over the Internet and disclaims any liability or responsibility for the access to, or use of, information obtained through its information systems or consequences arising through the use thereof.  

It is understood that there shall be no liability to the Toronto Mandarin Chinese Community Church, Toronto Mandarin Chinese Community Church Children Ministry Staff or any of its employees or agents for any incidents that should arise to my child while participating in Children Ministry programs.
