2022 WC Fair Camper Reservation Application
For the 2022 WC Fair, the camper reservation process has been changed.
Because of the Campgrounds popularity, submission of a request for a camping space does not guarantee
receiving one. Priority will be given to those that were registered the previous year.
“14. CAMPGROUNDS Plug ins to barns may be asked to unplug during peak use times. Camp trailers and motor homes are allowed in designated parking areas only. The Fairgrounds has a limited number of RV outlets available to the volunteers, 4-H and FFA exhibitors.
Superintendents will not be required to complete the reservation application or pay for their spot but must let the fair office know if they need a spot prior to May 1st.
IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY RESERVED A CAMPER SPOT, REGISTER ONLINE, IN THE OFFICE, OR EMAIL THE FAIRGROUNDS OFFICE BETWEEN MAY 1ST AND MAY 5TH OF THE CURRENT YEAR. STARTING MAY 6TH ALL OTHERS MAY REGISTER FOR CAMPER SPOTS. Registration form will be posted on our website, Facebook, and available in the office. You will receive an invoice that must be paid within 30 days of reserving your camper spot or the Weston County Fairgrounds reserves the right to reassign your space.
All campground users must keep their space litter free and in a sanitary condition. Rowdiness, profanity, or vandalism will not be tolerated. Fair Management reserves the right to dismiss any offender immediately.
As of May 2021, all camper spots in front of the barns will be charged a flat fee of $100 for the week. Campers may be parked the first Saturday or Sunday of fair and must be removed by 8 AM Monday morning after fair is over. All camper spot parking is the responsibility of the renter to make sure their neighbors have adequate or equal space. If there are disagreements, complaints must be brought to Fair Management.
Those wishing to pay nightly, must camp by the sprint track and will be charged $15/night. It is your responsibility to let the fairgrounds office know how many nights you will be camping, or you will be charged the $100/week rate.”
