We are excited for your students to participate in the 2019 NCMATYC Mathematics Tournament at Wake Tech CC on November 9th, 2019.  The street address is 2901 Holston Ln, Raleigh, North Carolina.  Please note that Wake Tech has multiple campuses so be sure you travel to the correct one.  After you fill out this registration form, please send a check of your registration fees to the NCMATYC treasure.

A single-campus college can bring a maximum of 12 students. A college with multiple campuses can bring up to 8 students from each campus. Registration fees may be transferred from one student to another.  Also please check to make sure that your students neither have an associate’s degree or an equivalent or higher degree nor have never been enrolled in any math course above the sophomore college level.

Registration by November 1st is a rate of $15 per student. Late registration will continue until November 7th but the fee is increased to $25 per student. Requests for a full refund must be received by 3:00 PM, November 9nd. After this time NO REFUNDS will be given.  Please contact Chris Mansfield  (mansfieldc@durhamtech.edu or (919) 536-7200 ext 8026) if you are having trouble sending the fees by the due dates.
