Wedding Cake Tasting Order Form

Tasting cost $50 which includes delivery and two slices per flavor. Please fill out form.
Select 3-5 flavors and if you don't like options add it to "other". If you'd like more than 5 it will be $8 per extra flavor. I will create a confirmation order form within 24 hours.
