I hereby signify that the above information is complete and accurate and that I accept and agree to the “African Arts & Cultural Festival Vendor Information & Regulations”, a copy of which I have been provided, have read, and understand. I further understand that once accepted, no refunds will be made except as stated in the Regulations, and that AFRICANFEST-NYC reserves the right to remove any Vendor who violates any stated regulation, without refund of fees. Liability Agreement: As an exhibitor, I agree to the conditions and requirements of the African Arts & Cultural Festival. The undersigned agrees to indemnify the Nigerian-American Community Association, the producers of the African Arts & Cultural Festival, and hold it harmless from any liability for injury and/or damage caused to any person or entity resulting from the acts or omissions of the undersigned, its officers, agents, employees or guests in connection with the undersigned’s participation in the 2022 African Arts & Cultural Festival, including but not limited to costs and attorney fees. I further agree that African Arts & Cultural Festival may copy, distribute and use any reproductions of my images in media for publicity.
