Vaccinations for Ages 16 and Up
As you may have heard the Pfizer vaccine has been approved for people ages 16 years and up.  We have been contacted by the Yarmouth Board of Health Director, Bruce Murphy, about holding a vaccination clinic at the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School.  The clinic would be held on Friday, May 21st for the first shot.  The second dose would be given at another clinic at the high school on June 11th.  These clinics would be held from 3:00 pm. – 6:00 pm.

This vaccination clinic would be for Dennis-Yarmouth students who are 16 years old or older and their adult family members.  Before we set up this clinic, we want to see if there is interest.  Please answer this survey no later than Thursday, May 13th to assist us in our planning.
