This is the registration form for the Kids Crafty Day Camp I in Centennial Park in New Denver from 1pm-4pm, organized by the Slocan Lake Arts Council.

  2. After completing payment, you will receive an email from us to confirm your registration. 
  3. We charge a $5 registration fee. 
  4. Only when SLAC cancels or moves the workshop to a different date will we offer a refund.
