Virtual Race League - Week 5/6
Results for the virtual race league should be for runs completed between Tuesday 21st April and Monday 4th May.

This week we are looking for the results from the marathon week challenges. The challenges were:
 - Team marathon (result to be added in spreadsheet - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RFMM37pdct2DWbsZPlo4hMHpxsvw221EoB6P0BBrWj0/edit)
- 26.2 minute race
- Alternative London marathon

As usual we will be awarding points for the number of days that you go out and run. 1 point per run with a  maximum of 5 points. This maximum has been introduced as we know some people don’t want to use all of their allocated exercising time out running.

At the moment different people have different amounts of time / fitness allowing them to get out and run. If you would like special consideration in the results, please specify below. We are running an honesty system so please do not ask for special consideration if you don't actually need it.

If you submit your results and later want to amend them, you will be able to do this using the link emailed to you after submitting the form.
