CCEF Grant Request Application 2023-24
Thanks for your interest in proposing an academic or other enrichment program for the ACLC community!

Please complete this Creative Community Education Foundation (CCEF) application form and provide details about your project/event/activity.

How CCEF Grant Requests Work
  1. Pick a monthly meeting date that (if possible) is at least one month in advance of when you'll need the funds (for example if your event is planned for Nov 20 pick the Dec 20 meeting date. Available dates are listed below).
  2. Your completed Grant Requests will be included as an agenda item for the date you pick. The Board will email you with info on date, time, and location for the meeting.
  3. You and any other co-applicants will have 3-5 minutes to present your idea at the meeting (1-3 minutes to present and 2-3 minutes for Board questions)
  4. The Board will then Approve, Reject, or Table your request (in case if we need additional information about your project/event/activity)
Notes About the CCEF Grant Process
  • Answer all questions completely, including detailed breakdown of costs
  • Learner(s) requesting grant funding are expected to attend the meeting to present Please do not ask a Facilitator to attend the meeting on your behalf! The intention of the grant process is to have Learners experience the process of applying for, presenting, and answering questions about your project/event/activity. If you need to make other arrangements please reach out to the CCEF Secretary at ccef.secretary@ccef-aclc.org. Projects/events/activities with no shows will be tabled and applicant(s) must reach out to the CCEF Secretary to reschedule.
  • Feel free to prepare a slide show or other documentation for the meeting. Please don't attach slides or documents to this form.
Good luck! We look forward to reading about and hearing your proposal!
