We’re on the hunt for internationally flavored recipes that show off DCFM crops and products. Highlighting topnotch Wisconsin foodstuffs in dishes from around the world, this cookbook will celebrate the DCFM’s community, diversity and great food. So shop local, cook global and send us your recipes! We want you to be a part of the book. If you prefer to submit by email instead, send a request for a form to

Submission Guidelines
You may submit up to 5 recipes, which will be considered for inclusion based on the following criteria:
We’re looking for uncomplicated dishes that showcase DCFM crops or products AND feature contemporary international flair, or ethnic traditions from your family, community or around the world.
We also want the story of the recipe, where and how you found or created it, what makes it culturally, culinarily or personally special, etc.
We welcome (but don’t require) you to submit original, good-quality photos to go with your recipes--shots of ingredients, the cooking process, finished dishes, the market, etc. Email photos to
tallen@gdinet.com, and reference the recipe they go with.
Recipe submissions must not be copied directly from another source, but they may certainly be adapted from other sources, as long as you write them in your own words and name the source, if you know it (relative/friend, author, cookbook, website, magazine, etc.). 100% original recipes are welcome, too, of course!
NOTE - By submitting a recipe, you agree to the following: Recipes will be of your own creation or adapted from other sources. Submitted recipes will be chosen for inclusion in the cookbook based on theme, deliciousness, originality and clarity. Submission does not guarantee inclusion in the book. Accepted submissions will be edited for consistency, clarity and length, and used for publication and publicity without compensation.
