Cadet Clothing Request Supply
To speed up the uniform issuing / replacement process, please use this form to process your requests.  Measurements should be made with a flexible, fabric, 'seamstress type' tape measure.  Use the photos as a guide.

If you are a cadet requesting an exchange of clothing please indicate the reason for the exchange (i.e. 'too small' or 'broken zipper' AND the current size indicated on the label ( most sizes look something like "6430" or "7044"  or for boots "225/98")  If you are needing a new size, please be sure to measure the required areas.  If you are not able to measure we can do it in the QM.
