Riverside Community Church is happy to assist you with your event.
We are located at 30 Grenfell Ave. Swastika, ON P0K1T0.
Parking is available in the upper parking lot or outside the main entrance. Please do not park on the street.
Please contact us regarding a tour of the space prior to your use if that's helpful.
We ask that you review the Building General Use Policy BEFORE submitting your form as it reviews your responsibility as a facility user and cost recovery details. We will have sent you the PDF when you requested a date.
YOU MUST contact the church to confirm the date PRIOR to filling out the form.

Please note that we do our best to set aside Saturday afternoons from 12-4PM for children's birthday parties. Contact the office if another time would be better.
As with schools and many other public buildings, please DO NOT bring PEANUT products into the facility. Thank you.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES: Birthday parties are now booked at a $150 cost-recovery fee designed to help us keep up with heat, hydro and cleaning/maintenance. Once you complete the form there will be a link for our online payment platform Zeffy (like PayPal for charities).
GYMNASIUM: we have a wide range of gym equipment available for Community Use. We book the gym on an hourly rate at $50.
Facility usage fee for non-birthday party events remain the same and are outlined in the General Use Policy.
