Catered for beginners to intermediate and advanced athletes alike, those new to the run-bike-run format will be able to learn what to expect when doing the run-bike-run format, while intermediates to advanced athletes will enjoy the two sets of run-bike-run for distance and mileage.
The entire session will entail a group warm up, plus two sets of 5k run and 20-25km loops bike ending with a cool down stretch.
What to bring for running:
1. Running shoes
2. Running top/shorts
3. Running sunglasses (optional, if preferred)
4. Water bottle
What to bring for cycling:
1. Bike
2. Cycling shoes/shoes for cycling
3. Helmet (compulsory)
4. Sunglasses (optional, if preferred)
5. Water bottle
6. Bicycle repair kit (optional, but recommended)
