Call for Abstract 2024 Annual Fall Symposium
Submission Guidelines

Review the required information and abstract guidelines.

  1. In the case of multiple authors, we recommend that only the primary presenter (person who will present at the Fall Symposium) submit the abstract and required information.
  2. The primary author/investigator submits the abstracts with the full consent of all authors/investigators and has obtained the necessary institution clearance.
  3. A nurse must be one of the authors/investigators. NY Tri-State Chapter of ANIA members and nonmembers are invited to submit abstracts. The primary author will be the contact person for future correspondence.
  4. The primary presenter must provide the required information for all co-authors at the time of submission, whether or not co-authors plan to attend the symposium. Abstracts that name co-authors but fail to include the required information will be considered incomplete and will not be reviewed.
  5. Indicate your preference for a podium or poster presentation. The review committee may request that you change from your preferred presentation format to the other.
  6. Provide the title of your abstract as you want it to appear in the program.
  7. Copy and paste the text of your abstract into the box provided in the online form. The form will accept no more than 300 words.
  8. Incomplete forms, alternatively formatted submissions, emailed submissions, or faxed submissions will not be considered for review.
  9. Presenter(s) must be available to present, recorded presentations will not be accepted.
