Payment
is due two weeks before the event date. The full cleaning deposit will
be issued after your event as long as you have successfully completed
the checklist items. Your event host will supply one at the
event as well. Please note that the refund can take up to two weeks to
show up on your original form of payment.
You are welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic drinks, and
decorate as you like, as long as the decorations don't damage walls or
anything. We also have a beverage bar option that includes an unlimited beverage
bar for $50 which is two types of coffee, two types of iced tea, ice
water, all the cups and syrups and cream etc.
We also have a custom
drink option which is to have a barista staffed for $25
an hour. The baristas will keep a tab of ordered drinks, and then charge
a credit card you would supply at the end or your guest can pay as they
go!
We
close at five so you can rent the coffee house from five to midnight,
though the staff does clean after closing, so I wouldn't invite guests
earlier than 5:45p :). We add a complimentary 20 minutes bookended on
your rental for set up and clean up but set up cannot begin until 5:15pm.
Alcohol Option: The
hourly price increases to $150 for the rental with a 2-hour minimum,
and you would also need to get event insurance. I can give you a
recommendation if your personal insurance agent can’t help you with that. If
you'd like alcohol at the event, you'll have to hire a bartending
service. We recommend the company called “Be Your Own Guest" but if you have a
bartending service you would rather use that is totally ok, too! Our
