We ask mentees, where they feel able, to tell us about difficult experiences in the industry that they hope a mentor could help them with such as sexism, harassment, bullying or lack of confidence. Are there any of these experiences you feel you could particularly help a mentee with, whether through your own experience or your interests? All this information will be kept confidential.
