Chartreux International is a nonprofit club affiliated with the Cat Fanciers' Association.

Our objectives are:

* to promote the breeding of the Chartreux cat to the standards as accepted by CFA,
* to promote the welfare of the Chartreux cat and to support Chartreux rescue
* to sponsor breed rings, awards and exhibits supporting the Chartreux cat
* to promote sportsmanship and friendship among Chartreux breeders and fanciers.

Associate membership is open to individuals interested in the objectives of the organization.  Associate members cannot vote or hold office.  They receive all other privileges of membership, and participate in all club functions, such as our email discussion list, videoconference meetings, projects and special events.

Associate membership dues are currently $10 per year, payable after your application is accepted by a club vote.  After you submit this application, we will contact you to let you know approximately when the club will have its next meeting to vote on new members.
