When participating in an YRC event, I give consent to my images/videos being taken, used, and reproduced in any format. I understand that my images/videos may be used for the purpose of display and publicity by the organizers of YRC.
<Agreement on Personal Information Collection and Usage>
Please check the details of how your personal information may be collected and used by Article 15 of the Personal Information Protection Act and Article 33 of Statistical Law: ① Purpose of collection and usage of personal information: identity confirmation of registered members. ② Information required: name, gender, nationality, date of birth, contact number, address, images and videos produced while active in the club. ③ You have the right to refuse the agreement on the collection and usage of required personal information. In such a case, member registration will be restricted.

By participating in any of the sessions offered by YRC, I acknowledge and agree that I take part in physical activities that may involve potential risks of injury, illness, death or loss/property damage. In case of such event, YRC organizers, representatives, or other participants shall not be held responsible or be obligated to provide any financial compensation or any other assistance.

- Disclose or distribute other members' personal information without consent.
- Any activity that may provoke negative effect on the club.
