Please note that this form has been uploaded to make things easier for KFANDRA and The Almighty Zoltan. It was thought that all KFANDRA events are much anticipated dates and the players would not have to be reminded to confirm their availaibility or unavailability for them. Some players have indeed confirmed well on time, but a majority is still used to being alerted by an AI about their real-lives which is why it is presumed that for their fake-lives, they fail to send their confirmations for KFANDRA events; other than sessions, for in actuality, they are reminded to confirm before every session.
This dependence on an AI or someone to remind them is inexcusable and embarrassing.
To get around the dependence on either KFANDRA or the King's to remind the players to confirm and also to ensure that no other dates are lost due to player apathy, and in anticipation that the players will become disciplined enough to confirm on time by themselves, KFANDRA is putting up this form for the KFANDRA members to fill in.
The form has been set-up for the entire season. You've been requested to fill up the form for the entire season.
If you are unaware of your ava or una for that date, you will be considered as absent for that date. You are requested to contact KFANDRA or your Club Captain or your King who will then inform KFANDRA when you become aware of your availability or your inability to attend. You must contact KFANDRA by Tuesday 3 pm on the week of the scheduled match or your attendance will be marked as unavailable for that match.
