Brats, Beer & Brackets 2023 Syndicate Concierge Registration
When groups pool their funds to bid at Brats, Beer & Brackets, buying power is exponentially increased! If you have a group with different dollar inputs for bidding and don't want the hassle of collecting and distributing money, the Syndicate Concierge is for you! Individuals do not need to register - one registration is needed per syndicate.

Don't have a group but want to be paired up with other individuals? Fill in your information under the Syndicate Captain Name and make sure to check that you're interested in being matched. This service will only be available if there is expressed interest from three or more individuals. 

All syndicates utilizing the Syndicate Concierge must register no later than March 7, 2023.

Other Syndicate Members
All syndicate members, including the captain, will be registered in our online event system, GiveSmart. This is where all transactions will take place. Please provide the percentage each member will pay towards the group total purchases. We don't need the total, just the percentage everyone will pay. Click here to see an example. If you don't know what percentage each member will pay towards purchases, leave that question blank and YC staff will coordinate with you before the event. If you're group is splitting expenses evenly, you can check the box below.

Before payments are processed, the Syndicate Captain will have an opportunity to review percentage calculation and payment totals.

Remote Bidders
This year, volunteers from Young Professionals 4 Youth Challenge (YP4YC) will be available to serve as remote bidders during the auction. The auction will be livestreamed and remote bidders will be on the phone with a YP4YC volunteer who will place bids on their behalf. By answering "no" to the question below, you will be paired with a remote bidder.
