VENDOR BOOTHS
Booth spaces are 10ft x 10ft and arranged bazaar style throughout the park. ALL BOOTH SPACES MUST BE SET UP BY 9:30 A.M. AND MOVE OUT WILL BE AT 5:00 P.M. (NO EARLIER.) Booth spaces not set up by 9:30 a.m. will be forfeited. The Bark Vendor Committee will assign spaces after acceptance of application, appropriate fees are paid and within two weeks of the event.  If you cancel your participation with the event after your application is accepted, the entire vendor fee will be forfeited. If you have a space preference, request it here. Space preference is not guaranteed and is assigned at the discretion of the Bark in the Park Committee. Spaces are not assigned until two weeks prior to event.
Proposed Activities, Exhibits, & Items for Sale
Only vendors that have merchandise and/or services that are related to dogs are allowed to vend at Bark in the Park. If you have any questions on your eligibility to vend at Bark, please email vendor@barksanjose.org. Please describe your proposed booth use, including exhibits, and/or items for sale. You may email additional information including samples, brochures, photos, or website content to vendor@barksanjose.org if helpful.

Website and Event Program Listing
All vendors and sponsors who chose to be included are listed on the Bark in the Park 2024 website, www.BarkSanJose.org, which receives 10,000 hits per week during the ad campaign, and in the Bark in the Park Souvenir Event Program, which is distributed to 5,000 canine lovers and is available for download for a full year on the Bark in the Park website. Please select the option that accurately reflects the contact information you want to list for your company. In addition to the free listing on the Bark website and in the Bark event program, you may purchase an ad in the Bark Souvenir Event Program.

Souvenir Event Program Advertisement 
The Bark in the Park 2024 Souvenir Event Program is distributed to 5,000 canine lovers and is available for download for a full year on the Bark in the Park website. It is a key reference for festival attendees and includes the schedule of events, map of the park, and information that can be used as a long-term reference guide. Many attendees keep the program all year long. Reserve your advertising space by selecting your advertisement size:

Donate Merchandise or Gift Certificate
If you would like additional recognition at the event, we would also appreciate a small donation of either merchandise or a gift certificate for Bark in the Park 2024 Contests. These items will be used as prizes at our very popular contests. Your company will be recognized at the contest when the prize is awarded.

VENDOR ACCEPTANCE
After you have submitted your vendor application, expect to receive a vendor acceptance/deny email within 2-4 days.  This email will include an invoice for all event fees: booth space, extra booth space, equipment rentals or program ads.   

Two Payment Options: 
1. Pay electronically via PayPal - click the link in the invoice. 
2. Pay by check - make checks payable to the Campus Community Association (CCA). Include your invoice # on your check.
