＜What is an individual store?　フリマ出店について＞
Individual sellers are those who sell used goods that are no longer needed at home. Companies, stores, brands, etc. that sell their own products are considered professional sellers.
フリマ出店とはご家庭で不要になった中古品等を個人で販売する方を指します。企業、ショップ、ブランド等、自社製品を販売される方はプロ出店となります。また、中古品を扱うリサイクルショップはプロ出店となります。

【About the booth fee payment  ブース代のお支払いついて 】
Please make payment within 5 days of application. We will inform you of the payment address as soon as your application is confirmed.
申込から５日以内にご入金ください。入金先は、お申込みが確認出来次第、お知らせさせていただきます。


【Prohibited matter 禁止事項】
■Use of fire in the booth
ブース内での火気の使用。

■Sale of items that need to be cooked on-site and raw goods
現場で調理が必要なものや、ナマモノなどの販売。
　

【notes 注意事項】
●Participants are required to submit negative proof of ATK testing at least 72 hours prior to Date of the event
参加者は、イベント開催日の72時間前までにATK検査の陰性写真を提出していただきます。

●Parking lot usage  駐車場利用について
Only one car is available per stall = 100B.
Those who have applied for the parking lot and have marked "use parking lot" will be notified separately.
1出店につき1台のみ＝100Bでご利用可能です。

●We will leave the start and end times of stalls, as well as breaks in the middle of the event, up to the stall owner.
出店に関して、こちらの開催時間内であれば、開始時間、終了時間、また途中の休憩などは出店者様にお任せします。

●Stalls are free to end between 14:00 and 17:00. Please let us know in advance if you have an estimated ending time.
出店の終了時間は14:00〜17:00までの間で自由です。あらかじめ終了時間の目安がある方は教えてください。

●Sharing a stall with a friend is not a problem. Please have a representative apply.
お友達とのシェア出店でも問題ありません。代表者がお申込み下さい。

●About delivery time on the day
From 2 hours before the holding time * We will inform you separately.
当日搬入時間について
開催時間2時間前から※別途お知らせします

●It costs 7% to issue a receipt. Handing over will be sent on the day or separately.
領収書発行の場合は7%かかります。お渡しは当日か、別途送付します。

●Please note that we may refuse to open a store that overlaps with the tenants at the venue.
会場先のテナント様と重なるような出店内容の場合、お断りすることもございますこと、ご了承ください。

【 Cancellation Policyキャンセルポリシー】
●If you need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to contact us.
やむを得ない事情でキャンセルする場合は、必ず事前にご連絡ください。

●Cancellation fee キャンセル料金について
No cancellations or changes can be made after the stall fee has been paid. In principle, stall fees are non-refundable, but refunds may be determined based on circumstances.
出店料のお支払い後のキャンセル・変更はできません。原則、出店料の返金はできませんが、状況に応じて返金を判断する場合もあります。

●In the event that the event cannot be held due to unavoidable circumstances such as government directives, venue circumstances, etc., a full refund will be given.
政府による指示、会場側の都合など、やむを得ない事情でイベントの開催が困難になった場合は、全額ご返金致します。
