You have been asked to be a part of the research described here. Participation is voluntary.
Summary of the study: The goal of this study is to collect common technical challenges encountered by students in Project-based learning (PjBL) computing courses. This questionnaire contains questions about class information followed by closed and open-ended questions on (a) technical challenges faced by your students (b) support provided to overcome such challenges, and (c) lessons learned on the effectiveness of the provided support. There are no known risks to you for completing the questionnaire.

What to expect: You will be asked to complete an online questionnaire. The questionnaire should take about 3-5 minutes to complete. The questionnaire is completely anonymous.

Risks and discomforts to you if you take part in this study: Participation in this research is voluntary. There are no physical, mental, or emotional risks associated with taking this survey other than the minimal risks associated with normal daily activities.
The benefits to you if you take part in this study: By participating, you contribute to the advancement of knowledge in computing education. Your insights and experiences are valuable in shaping the future design of project-based computing courses.
What will you receive for taking part in this study: There will be no monetary compensation for completing this survey form.
What will happen to the information collected in this study: Your survey responses will be combined with other computing instructors’ responses and analyzed to address the research question described above. The information collected will be kept confidential as much as is permitted by law. All the data will be kept in password-protected computer files and will be deleted within 5 years after it is collected.
What rights you have when you take part in this study: Participation in this research is voluntary. Deciding not to take part, or to stop being a part of this research will result in no penalty, fine, or loss of benefits that you otherwise have a right to. Should you choose to withdraw from the survey before completion, any data collected from you up to that point will be discarded.
