HAFA Tutor Application 2019-20
Please fill out the form below to apply to be a HAFA tutor in the 2019-2020 school year! HAFA tutors are volunteers who work with middle and/or high school students in the Upper Valley to support HAFA's mission of fighting healthcare inequities. Clients pay us, and all the money we earn helps low-income individuals afford medical services in NH/VT.
