Thank you for your interest in signing up as a performer, vendor, or sponsor for our first and (if all goes well) annual Indie Festival being held in Baltimore, MD. This event is open to any professional Independent Music Artist of any background, location and genre. The goal is the host a full day of music and events for the community and most importantly for our Artists. Please complete our sign up form in full and. you will be contacted with confirmation that we receive your request and then further communication as we get closer to the event. Please note that Tony Aye Artistry partners and members do received priority for sign up slots. There is a fee for all performers and vendors; This fee goes towards our operational costs to ensure we have everything needed for an amazing event. Performers will be given physical tickets which they can sell and keep profit for themselves. Fees are Non-refundable and due by March 15, 2023 unless otherwise arranged to allow for proper promotional time.Acts are not finalized until approved by all deciding bodies and performance fee has been paid. Fee cost are as followed:

Solo/Duet Act - $50
Group Acts(3 or more) - $75
Youth Acts(Ages 5-17) - Free

Performer/Artist Perks -

All performers who sign up for the IndieFest will receive the following:

1.  All Access Performer Ticket(For only core performers)
2. 5 Comp. Tickets(Provided as a digital code) for the Indie Fest(Artist can give away or resell them for profit)
3. 1 Video Interview
4. 1 Written Performance Review/Press Release
5. 1 Ticket to the Industry Night on June 30, 2023 exclusive for Artist and Indie Music Industry Professionals.
6. Free Professional Videos/Photos of Performance
7. Performer VIP ID Badge for all performers including performance support(dancers,band,bgvs)
7. Other fun perks and surprises!!!!

* Please note bgvs or band do not count as members of the act unless it is a group act. Musical supports can either purchase regular general ticket or use a comp ticket We do have scholarship/grant options for Artists who are interested but do not have strong financial resources if this is you please contact us to learn more about eligibility for the program.

*Please note: All genres are welcome at all shows, Main Show allows all ages in the audience(under 18 must be accompanied by adult) Artists can use adult content with some limitations. The Late Night Show is for 21 and over only and unrated content is fully allowed including nudity,strong language, props,etc. these acts will have their performance set approved by Venue) 

** Late Night Show is the only show that can have a performer that performed earlier(For example a rapper can perform during the Family Friendly Show and Later night show or the Indie Fest Show and Late Night Show but not Family Friendly Show and Main Show). Performers looking to perform a second time during late night show will be considered after performers who only sign up for the late night show.

Please note any performances sets, content or elements can be changed at the request of Tony Aye Artistry Board of Directors and The Motorhouse if it goes against our policies or community guidelines. 
I understand that the Indie Festival is available to all Independent Music Artists as well as Aspiring youth artists and groups. We do not discriminate based on race, creed,sexual identity, sexual orientation, age, or musical genre. All performances at The Motorhouse must follow the facility rules including no art may be presented that promotes offensive work or hate speech. Weapons, Open Flames,Smoke, Glitter, Confetti,Feathers and haze are not allowed.  Failure to comply with rules and regulations of either Tony Aye Artistry Foundation Inc. or The Motorhouse may result in removal from program. I understand that I am doing an at will performance for a Tony Aye Artistry Foundation Event and that my performance and image to be shared on T.A.A's social media,website,etc. Artist Shed features are not currently paid however,regular and featured artist do have the ability to receive cash tips for their performance during the show & receive free promotion by name on our platforms leading up to the show. If for any reason you can no longer attend or perform you must give 24 hours advance notice unless an emergency failure to notify if absent can result in not being selected for future shows. The Artist Shed is a safe creative space and we do not heavily censor the artistry of our artists however, you agree to avoid any music that contains hate speech,unnecessarily explicit content or excessive violence. I understand that Tony Aye Artistry can request for me to alter my song choice or edit my lyrics if deemed inappropriate for that month's show. Show order is deemed at random we strive ensure that all Artists can perform . All performers must still purchase event tickets for themselves,bgvs, and guests in attendance(Paid T.A.A. Members do receive discount).unless otherwise stated. When using any flyers, promos,etc. we do ask that you refrain from altering or editing Tony Aye Artistry Graphics unless you have received permission from our Marketing department. T.A.A. does not own the rights or royalties to any performed songs and Artist should ensure to properly credit when posting performance videos. By agreeing to perform for this event you understand that any photos,video clips, and audio of you on the day of event can be used by T.A.A. for future promotional purposes.
