Here at USI, we are excited to welcome our new students for the 2024-25 academic year to the University and the Evansville community, and we would love you to be a part of it! On August 16th, 2024, roughly 900 new students will move into campus housing and check-in for our Welcome Week program. This year, we are excited to once again meet the needs of our incoming students by partnering with the surrounding community to bring our annual “Explore Evansville” event. This will be a chance for you or a representative from your company to staff a table in front of 900 college students. We encourage promotional items/samples/” freebies” for giveaways to college students, as well as anything that promotes a student discount that you may offer.

We have a limited number of tables; therefore, we will take reservations until all tables are filled or Friday, August 2, 2024. We will confirm your participation within 72 hours of your email being sent.
