The 2nd annual LCPS Career & Apprenticeship Fair will now be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 from 6-8pm at the Academies of Loudoun - 42075 Loudoun Academy Dr, Leesburg, VA. Please fill out this form by December 6th if you have an interest in participating.

The fair will be open to all LCPS students in grades 8 - 12. Participants will have an 8-10ft space and a 6X2ft table will be provided. We encourage you to bring company/advertising freestanding and table signage that will fit within the 8-10ft space. Space is limited to 100 spots - our goal is to offer representation in each of the career clusters as well as provide a variety of apprenticeship opportunities.  

Accepted participants will be sent a registration link as well as a virtual floor plan to choose their table location. Tables will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis, with the exception of the Presenting Sponsor and Gold Sponsors' locations. Preferred table location will be selected in the registration/payment portal.

Accepted participants who are hiring will have the option to have their employment application uploaded to the Career & Apprenticeship Fair website for students to download, complete, and present at the Fair.

Light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be available to all accepted participants in the Networking Hospitality Suite prior to the opening of the Fair. Student helpers will be on hand to assist participants carry signs, marketing materials, etc., to their tables.
