Plan & Party Night - October
October Plan & Party night was all about CANDY!  We packed treat bags for the Sunday School students, played games, and shared treats.  Please fill out the form below if you are participating in online Catechism or if you were absent.

We put together treat bags for our Sunday School students in place of the Trunk or Treat this year.  What kind of treats do you like? *
Game #1 - Candy
The next thing we did was played a game called CANDY.  I said a statement, and if the students could answer "yes" to the statement, they would take a piece of candy from the middle of the table.  Then the students shared their answers to a follow-up question with the rest of their group.  Below you will find the statements and follow-up questions that we shared last night - please answer either YES or NO and then your answer to the follow-up question.
Statement #1: I have gone trick or treating in the past.  Follow-up: What is the last costume you wore trick or treating? *
Statement #2: I have at least one brother or sister.  Follow-up: If you have siblings, what are their names? *
Statement #3: I am a teenager.  Follow-up: If you are not a teenager, when is your 13th birthday? *
Statement #4: I always do my chores at home.  Follow-up: What chores do you have to do? *
Statement #5: I have brought a cold lunch to school this week.  Follow-up: What is your favorite thing to bring in a packed lunch? *
Statement #6: I am wearing pants.  Follow-up: What color are your most comfortable pants? *
Statement #7: I play a musical instrument.  Follow-up: If you play a musical instrument, which instrument do you play?  If you don't play an instrument, which instrument would you like to be able to play? *
Statement #8: I know what a palindrome is.  Follow-up:  If you do not know what a palindrome is, look it up and tell me what it is.  If you do know what a palindrome is, tell me your favorite one. *
Statement #9: I have answered "yes" to at least 3 of the statements.  Follow-up:  What other statements would be true about you? *
Game #2 - Stand Up/Sit Down
The next game we played was an opinion game.  If you AGREE with the opinion below, click the bubble for AGREE.  If you DISAGREE with the opinion below, click the bubble for DISAGREE.  At the end of the list, you will be able to ask any questions or make any comments on the opinions.
