This is a space for all members of Illini Student Musicals to bring questions, suggestions, concerns, comments, etc. to the attention of the Organization Feedback Manager, regardless of whether they're involved in the current production. It can be hard to have certain conversations in person, so you can submit comments (positive and negative) here in a risk-free and anonymous. You can respond to any part of the production process (auditions, rehearsals, meetings, tech week, performances, etc.) and anything the organization does, or you can make suggestions for the organization in the future. Your feedback will be used to help guide and support future ISM productions and events to ensure that we are always growing to become the best RSO we can be. You do not need to write in complete sentences and are more than welcome to leave as much or as little feedback as you wish.

Please note that all responses will be kept private. The Organization Feedback Manager is the only one who will be able to see the responses submitted to the production box and none of these responses will be shared unless with expressed permission. As such, you are welcome to leave your name, but you are also able to submit completely anonymous responses if that is more comfortable for you. Submissions will only be brought up to the ISM Executive Board or the Rehearsal Staff of the current show if it pertains to a larger conflict or safety issue, but all identifying details will be kept secret to ensure anonymity.

You are welcome to put down whatever you want into the box whether it be concerns, comments, questions, compliments, celebrations, rants, etc., and we assure you they will be handled with discretion. Our priority is the wellbeing of our members (i.e. you), so use this resource in whatever way will benefit YOU.
