I will arrive 30 minutes prior to event to set up. 
Fairy Hair $25 each
Fairy Hair includes 10 strands of hair tinsel for each person.  There is a five person minimum for each event, $125.  For guests beyond the 5 minimum, you'll only pay for the actual number of guests served. 

For example if you estimate 10 guests and only 8 get fairy hair, you'll pay for 8. 
If only 4 get fairy hair, you'll still pay for the 5 minimum.

Face Jewels $10 each 
You'll only pay for the number of face jewels actually used.  This estimate helps me ensure that I bring enough.

Travel Fee $25  *
This includes travel within 10 miles of my home in Wilmington DE.  Greater distance travel incurs an additional fee of $1 per mile from my home in Wilmington DE, message me for actual mileage.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date for your event.  The deposit required is 25% of the estimated Total plus the $25 travel fee. (minimum deposit $55)

Balance Due
At the conclusion of your event, I will provide you with the balance due based on the actual number of Fairy Hair and Face Jewels done, minus the deposit. 

Cash, Venmo or Credit Card payments are accepted for your balance due. Gratuities are welcomed by any payment method. 
Liability Release

By signing this contract you release Melissa Stansell, DBA Braids & Sparkles (herein referred to as B&S) from any potential liability. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B&S for any damages, loss or in that may occur. Should B&S property be damaged or destroyed due to the activities of your attendees you agree to reimburse B&S for the replacement of said property.

I will contact you promptly to secure your date and discuss and details.  Deposit is due within 24 hours of contract acceptance.  Changes to the number of people in your party will be accepted within 24 hours of your event.  Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!
