Please fill out this form if your child(ren) will be a parent pickup student for dismissal this school year. If you have multiple students to pick up, you only need to fill out this form ONCE. Be sure to include the additional student names in the appropriate area below.

You must be in our system as the legal parent or guardian for General Stanford Elementary School to process your online parent pickup application. If you will be picking up other General Stanford students, the legal parent or guardian must fill this form out for those students and list you as an authorized pickup person.

After submitting this form, any changes to this information will need to be submitted in writing to the main office. Please call us with any questions about this form or how to make changes: (757) 888-3200.

*Please allow 1-2 school days to process your application and assign you and your child(ren) a tag for parent pickup. Any students that need to be picked up without having received a parent pickup tag must be picked up in the main office with a valid form of ID.
