1. I have read and agree with the terms and conditions of the BLACKSPHERE FILM FESTIVAL, BLACKSPHERE ONLINE FILM FESTIVAL, BLACKSPHERE LIVE FILM FESTIVAL.

2. My name and surname, address of permanent residence and e-mail agree with the data I have provided in the contact form on the website www.filmfreeway.com.

3. The information I have provided when completing the statutory declaration is true and correct.

4. I own the copyright of the submitted film, or I am authorized to provide it further.

5. By submitting the application, I undertake to act honestly, to provide the submitted work and to submit the application in its entirety, as stated in the terms and conditions of BLACKSPHERE FILM FESTIVAL.

6. I am familiar with the fact that I will receive the film laurel after sending this application and a link to my English subtitled work. I will receive the laurel on October 1, 2020.

7. I consciously consent to the work which I have submitted to the festival being downloaded from the link I provided, and to its being further treated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the festival.

8. I consent to the festival using and editing the information, graphic material and photographs available on the website www.filmfreeway.com and further using them as promotional material for the festival.
