The YMCA Youth Conference on National Affairs (CONA) is an assembly of Youth in Government participants from around the country who are selected by their home states to write and debate proposed solutions to problems both national and international in scope. There are two program areas to choose from: the General Assembly (legislative) and Media. More information on the event can be found at ymcacona.org.

All Wisconsin CONA delegates will be required to attend a virtual retreat for our state delegation.

As a participant in the Wisconsin Delegation to the YMCA Youth Conference on National Affairs, I realize that such a privilege involves certain responsibilities. I understand the expectations set before me in the Wisconsin Youth in Government Code of Conduct and all other rules and regulations exist for the good of the program. I further understand that if my conduct does not meet these standards, I relinquish the right to opportunities afforded to me by the YMCA Youth Conference on National Affairs and the Wisconsin Delegation and that I will be asked to leave the conference at my own expense.
