「工作體驗: 傳統與未來」旨在透過一天 (8小時) 的工作體驗,讓學員了解不同工種的具體內容,並反思未來就業市場的趨勢。例如: 科技如何令工作變得更有效率? 科技發展會否取代某些工種? 與此同時,活動亦希望引導學員思考未來需要發展什麼個人能力,以保持競爭力,並協助他們規劃學業和職業路向。
現誠邀 貴公司成為加入活動,為《香港200》學員提供一天的學習機會,共同營造創新、關懷的文化,讓年輕人從工作中學習,在實戰中成長。

"Job Shadowing Programme: Tradition and Future" aims to enable participants to understand specific content of different types of work and reflect on the future job market trends through a one-day work experience (8 hours). For instance, how technology makes work more efficient? Will technological development replaces certain types of job? In addition, the Programme will guide the participants to think about what personal abilities need to be developed in the future to remain competitive and prepare for their future career and academic pursuits.
We sincerely invite your company to join the activity and provide one-day learning opportunities for "Hong Kong 200" participants to create an innovative and caring culture, so that young people can learn from work and be more mature in real experience.
