A. To participate and vote in this AGM, you must:
        - be a current member of the BC Randonneurs Cycling Club as of 02 Sept 2022,
          or
        - have been a current Club member in 2021 and renewed in 2022 before 25 Sept 2022.
   
B. Individuals who are ineligible to vote per A. above, may attend and observe this AGM only with the approval of the majority of the attending voting members.
