The Fourth grade will be going to the Frontier Homestead park in Cedar City on Friday, May 3rd. This will give us hands on experience of what it was like to be a Utah pioneer. We will be leaving the school at 9:00 am and arriving back at school about 2:00 pm. Before we come back we will be eating lunch at the Bicentennial soccer fields.
Inherent risks are associated with any activity or field trip and by granting permission for my son/daughter to participate I acknowledge that such risks exist.
However, I believe that the opportunity for learning outweighs these risks and I hereby grant permission for my son/daughter to participate.

If any injury or illness occurs as a result of this activity we will make every effort to contact you.  If we are unable to contact we will make the best possible decision concerning medical treatment and/or hospitalization.
Items that the students will need to bring:  water bottle, sunscreen (or have it on already), electronic devices are ok but we are not responsible for lost or damaged items and we are only on the bus for 10-15 minutes.
