In this seminar we’ll teach you everything you need to know about the Whole30, and how it can help you achieve Food Freedom Forever. Before the seminar starts you’ll get a FREE InBody scan ($35 value) to accurately determine your current weight, muscle mass, and body fat. This will give us a good starting point to gauge your progress.

We’ll start off by teaching you everything you need to know about getting ready for the Whole30 in the first place. Do you know how to: Meal prep? Shop at the grocery store? Deal with a craving? Have an emergency meal ready? Deal with friends and family? These are some of the foundational skills that are necessary to be successful with the Whole30. We’ll teach you the ins and outs of how to get ready for the Whole30 in the first place.

Then, we’ll talk about the Whole30 itself. Why do it? How can it help you improve your health, body composition and athletic performance? We’ll talk about the ins and outs of avoiding sugar for 30 days, why there’s a rule that you shouldn’t weigh yourself for 30 days, and why you should focus on non-scale victories like better energy, better sleep, and fewer cravings when doing the Whole30.

Lastly, we’ll show you how to live the rest of your life while being healthy after the Whole30 is done. This is path to Food Freedom Forever. No one is Whole30 forever. Not me, not Melissa Urban (the program’s co-founder), no one. Nor should they be. The Whole30 is a 30 day-self experiment that is meant to serve as the foundation for your Food Freedom Forever, but after the Whole30 you’re allowed to have cake for your birthday. We’ll talk about the ins and outs of navigating these situations and more.
